Beautiful antique or almost antique fourteen carat golden ring, set with a handmade / handcut shell cameo with a ladies portret.

Size of the ring: 18 mm.
The gold is marked and the weight is 5.5 grams.
Size of the cameo is 20 mm.x 15 mm.
Time: about 1910-1920.
